Step 1: Make sure your toothbrush is charged. Many electric toothbrushes have charge level indicator lights, so you can know when to charge your toothbrush.
Step 2: Start with the outer surfaces of the teeth. Slowly guide the brush head to your teeth before switching on the appliance, move the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth along the gumline, spending a few seconds on each tooth surface before moving to the next tooth.
Step 3: Repeat step 2 on the inner surfaces of the teeth.
Step 4: Repeat step 2 on the chewing surfaces of the teeth as well as behind the back teeth.
Step 5: Incline the brush head so the bristles could reach interdental areas, don't press hard or rub.
