ORDERS FOR THE PRODUCTS
The products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s), unless you wish to accept a substitute product.
Please note that you can order up to three (3) items of a product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us.
We reserve the right to exclude any products or any brands at our discretion.
The products we sell are not intended for resale.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated during the order process, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

Return Policy
Within 3 days of receiving your order, you can return some or all the products.
Just check the following requirements & conditions:
- The item/s is not open or used.
- The item/s should be in the original packaging.
- You must have the invoice that arrived with the shipment.
- The items should be eligible for return as below.
If you have met the requirements give a call on 920006648 within 7 day of delivery and we will pick the order or the products from you within 3 working days.
The full value of the item (without shipping charges) will be returned to you within 14 business days.
Products from following categories are not eligible for return: Makeup, Skin Care, Hair Care, Personal Care, Baby milk, Food, Vitamins, Supplements, and Medicines, Also all discounted products and special offers are not eligible for return.
Replacing Policy
- It is not available to replace any products except you receive wrong or damaged products, in this case we replace the product with the same original products, or we will refund the amount of the product.
- Some products images may slightly differ than the physical product and this is not considered different product as long as the product have the same name, size, ingredients.

Offers Policy
For the offers That are applied on the second pieces (Buy 2 for 1 and Buy 3 for 2) , the offer will be apllied on the lowest prices items that are added to the cart.
Coupon Codes Discounts
Discount coupon codes aren’t applied on offers items. Medicines, Baby milk powders or Diapers unless and until no more items are mentioned.
Orders Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the shipping of the order by calling our guest care centre on 920006648
Re-shipping orders Policy
If the order is returned to Whites as the guest refuse to receive the orders, or the shipping company try to communicate with the guest and no response, we won’t be able to re-ship the order again.
Cash Back Policy
- The cashback offer is valid from March 14, 2024, to March 26, 2024.
- Guests will receive a cashback of 20% on their purchases of products marked with "cashback," up to a maximum of 100 Riyals, for their total purchases of these products during the period from March 14, 2024, to March 26, 2024. (This includes makeup, skincare products, and hair care products.)
- Guests must log in to the website to avail of the offer.
- The guest's wallet will be updated with the cashback amount within 72 hours after the order is received.
- SMS will be sent to each guest with their eligible cashback value on March 27, 2024 (in the form of a discount coupon), which can be used once only during the period from March 27, 2024, to April 9, 2024.
