Directions for Use
1. Start with clean, dry nails. Apply a base coat for better adhesion.
2. Shake the bottle well before use to ensure an even consistency.
3. Apply one coat of OPI Nail Lacquer – I Cannoli Wear OPI and allow to dry completely.
4. For a more intense color, apply a second coat and let dry.
5. Finish with a top coat for extra shine and longevity.
