We offer FREE standard delivery for all merchandise orders of 300 and above.
There is a delivery fee of SAR 25 for orders which is less than SAR 300

RIYADH: - We aim to deliver your order within 24 hours as per the desired delivery timing chosen at ordering time after your order has been successfully confirmed with our Customer Care team.
OUT SIDE RIYADH: For remote locations within KSA Within 2-3working days after your order has been successfully confirmed with our Customer Care team.

Cancellation return and exchange policy of WHITES
We offer our "Guests" an "Easy Return Policy",
RETURN AT ANY WHITES STORE IN KSA
Our Valued Guest, can visit any WHITES store in KSA to return their item(s) purchased through WHITES.NET (Refer store List and location )
Please bring your originalinvoice(not your order summary) as well as the credit card you used to place your order.
A store executive will Check your item(s) and if they meet the conditions listed in our Return and Exchange Policy, the executive will process your return or exchange at the store - it's that easy!
All products must be returned unused, with all tags attached, in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of online purchase.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.
In case of defective products and after our inspection and approval, we will refund the price paid by you and the delivery fee, if any.
In all cases, we will process the refund of the price paid by you as per the original payment methodwhich used while ordering and only in stores.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the items are defective or damaged.
How Much time does it takes to Process the refund ?.
All refunds are processed in store and issued as per the original payment methodwhich used while ordering as soon as the returned items have been inspected by the store executive.

Delivery Charges are Refundable or not ?
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the products you received are damaged or defective.
When are ‘Returns’ not possible?
We will not be able to accept returns for some certain scenarios:
1. request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
2. Product is used, damaged of wrong use, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
3. Defective products, which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
4. Any consumable item, which has been used or installed.
5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
6. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
7. Fragrance, nail polish and aerosols, Medicine, Vitamins, Baby Formulas articles are final sale these are some non-returnable items as per our Policy.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service at email@example.com or 920006648 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
How Long it will take to refund the amount :-
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account as per your bank strategy.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will refund the amount immediately at the store against the original Invoice details shared by you and after receiving the products back verified by our store executive.
YYou can exchange your product(s) by returning them to your nearest WHTIES store in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ( Refer store List and location ) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
All products must be returned, unused and with all tags, and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice along with your ID.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s):
- of the same value; or
- of a lower value, in this case any remaining amount will be refunded to you; or
- of a greater value, in this case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

- Each individual can register once and can only have one membership. This membership is not transferable and is issued to an individual for their sole use.

- Whites Rewards program is for individual use only.
- The earning of points depends on the products purchased. Additional points can be collected through Whites Rewards program offers.
- An individual is entitled to collect points on each type of goods purchased from Whites.

- Points earned are an exclusive right of the member who earned it. No other member is entitled to claim the rewards (unless he confirms the original membership mobile number)
- The member must carefully add the points at the time and date of acquisition. Whites does not accept any subsequent claim for addition of points during the purchasing process.
- Items under any offers are not covered by points.
- The higher tiers of Whites Rewards program will be announced later.
- Redemption of points during the year will not prevent the transfer of any member to the next tier of Whites Rewards program. The members’ promotion to the next category depends on the total points acquired in 12 months.
- Redemption of points for a reward does not qualify as a spending that allows a member to collect new points.
- Points can be redeemed 24 hours after their acquisition.
- The validity period of the points is one year from the date of purchase.
- The validity of the points is not renewed or extended. Whites does not hold any liability whatsoever, in case the points are expired.
Return and exchange
- On return of purchase for money, the points earned on those purchase will be deducted from your rewards program account. (The original invoice must be presented to complete the process)
- Items purchased by redeeming points cannot be returned.
- Strict standards are applied to protect our customers’ personal data and information.
- Whites reserve the right to request for the registered mobile number or ID on redemption of points.
- Whites reserve the right to modify the software and its features at all times, as it deems appropriate. It also reserves the right to cancel or replace the software in whole or in part, at all times and does not accept any liability of any kind, which might arise as a result of their modification, cancellation of partial or total replacement of “Whites Reward” program. However, members hold the right to redeem the points within the period declared by Whites or until the date points expire, whichever comes first.
