Apply two coats of all checked out to the natural, bare nails with long, smooth strokes. No base coat or UV or LED lamp are needed.Let nails dry and then apply the specialized, quick-drying gel couture matte top Please Note: It is not recommended to use a base coat for our gel couture range.Reapply the gel couture matte top coat every few days for longer wear.coat to lock in the couture manicure.
