Step 1: Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them thoroughly.
Step 2: Put the lens first in your right eye.
Step 3: Make sure the lens is not upside down. Place it on the tip of your finger and inspect it under a well-lit area.
Step 4: Using your other hand, carefully lift your upper eyelid to avoid blinking.
Step 5: Gently pull down your lower eyelid with the fingers of your other hand.
Step 6: Move the contact lens toward your eye slowly and steadily. You may find it helpful to look up while placing the lens on your eye.
Step 7: Slowly release your eyelid and blink a few times to allow the lens to settle in place.
Step 8: Repeat the same steps for your left eye.
